In my home, we never run out of mangoes. If we could only have one fruit to savour for the rest of our lives, it would be mango without a doubt.
Everything about mango is just beautiful, from its creamy texture down to its colour and scent, it is no wonder how it steals my family’s top fruit-of-choice spot. The birth of this recipe is very predictable: one day, when I was feeling a bit of peckish, I saw three things lying on the kitchen island - a basket of mangoes, sachets of Harmony® Previa and an almost-empty bag of rancid granola from last week’s breakfast. A minute later (unless you tend to struggle with cutting up mangoes), I have earned myself a glass of delicious, nourishing smoothie that packs more than just eating mangoes. Complete plant protein, dietary fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, antioxidants, you name it.
Definitely one of the most convenient, versatile recipe ever!
one-Min Nourishing Mango Smoothie
Get creative with your choice of toppings! Toasted coconuts shreds, roasted nuts or berries will compliment this recipe well.
Not a fan of mangoes? Any fruit will work just fine. Opt for creamy, high-fibre fruits to yield thick, filling smoothies.
Adding Harmony® Previa chia drink boosts the original nutrient content of plain old fruits-only smoothies. Highly recommended!

1 cup of cold water
1 medium mango or choice of fruit, sliced into cubes
2 sachets of Harmony® Previa
Choice of topping
1. In a blender, blend everything except choice of topping (if applicable) till smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a glass, finish by layering choice of topping and serve immediately.
