what are wholefood supplements?

Wholefood supplements are nutritional supplements made of foods that are as close to their natural form as possible, as opposed to manmade supplements that are based on highly concentrated, isolated nutrients.

Wholefood supplements are made of real and natural ingredients in whole, whereas manmade supplements can be made of synthetic ingredients or nutrients in their extracted forms.

Wholefood supplements contain no binders, no preservatives, no artificial colouring, no artificial flavouring or sweeteners, no artificial nutrient fortification and definitely no extracted nutrients.

are your products made of wholefoods?

Yes! Our products are mostly made of fruits, vegetables, marine plants and chia seeds.

are your products certified organic?

Technically no, but most of our ingredients are either certified organic, pesticide-free or sustainably-grown.

are your products certified halal?

Most of them are, certified by JAKIM (Department of Islamic Development Malaysia).

who can or should consume your products?

Everyone, including the diabetics!

After all, it only does good for your body so we highly recommend everyone to consume them, most especially:

  • Vegans and vegetarians.
  • Diabetics.
  • Athletes, body builders or people with active lifestyle.
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • Women suffer from Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).
  • People suffering from malnutrition.
  • People with weight management issues.
  • People with cardiovascular problems such as blood pressure, cholesterol and heart problems.
  • People with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
  • People with weak immune system.

We highly recommend consulting a qualified physician before letting infants under 24 months of age consume our products.

how should i store your products?

Boxes: Storage is pretty easy as the contents are all sealed within durable individual sachets. We recommended storing the box in any cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Bottles: The contents are stored inside a FDA approved, BPA-free and UV tolerant bottle protected by dual lids, outer and inner, for freshness and purity purposes. We strongly advice to always secure the inner lid before the outer lid, after every consumption to prevent contamination. It is wise to bear in mind that only clean and dry spoon should be used for extracting its content. We do not recommend storing a spoon inside the bottles, as it might risk contamination. Store the bottle in any cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Refill packs or loose packs: Storing require a little more attention compared to the other forms. A completely dry and air-tight sealed container is the best way to store the seeds. Typically, we would suggest brushing a wet piece of cloth over the surface of the tightly sealed bag to neutralise static electricity, before opening the bag. It is advisable to always keep the container sealed tight, and to use only clean and dry spoon for extraction. Similarly, we do not recommend storing a spoon inside the bottle of chia seeds, as it might risk contamination. Store the container in any cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

do i have to wash or cook your products before consumption?

Not at all. All our products are ready to be eaten as it is.

can i add your products into cooked foods or baked goods?

Yes, you most certainly can.

why are your products priced slightly higher than the rests in the market?

We cannot deny that our price is the most competitive in the market, but we can guarantee that our price is one of the fairest, judging on the following aspects:

how is harmony® previa different from harmony® halvia?

Previa is micro-milled chia seed powder drink with added soluble fibre, whereas Halvia is essentially whole chia seeds.

how is harmony® halvia different from other chia seeds?

We dare to call our Halvia the cleanest chia seeds ever, quite different from other chia seeds you can find in the market.

To begin with, we are very particular on our sources. By comparing seeds from growers all around the world annually, we secure the best grower based on the harvest on that particular year and hence, we are able to ensure that our Halvia comprises only potent, bioactive and highly nutritious chia seeds.

With our dual-stage cleaning process, Halvia boasts a purity level of 99.99% with the absence of contaminants and impurities such as insects, larvae, twigs, leaves and dust. They are meticulously and vigorously cleaned through careful stages of mechanical screening, winnowing and optical grading, all specially designed by our nutritionists throughout the years of handling chia seeds.

We believe that we are one of the very few manufacturers that handled the seeds in-house, in Malaysia. Unlike many others, our chia seeds are handled in our safe and sterile production area equipped with state-of-the-art machines. We have a team of well-trained and practiced professionals, fully clad in clean and lab-appropriate attire, to inspect the entire process of cleaning.

what is the origin of harmony® halvia?

You can bet on how selective and particular we are on our sources.

The raw chia seeds selected for Halvia are grown in high lands that boast really excellent growing conditions. With over 2,000 metres of altitude and extreme surrounding temperatures, the lands are blessed with exceptionally fertile soil and mineral rich water; promising a definite batch of potent, bioactive and nutrient rich seeds in return.

are basil seeds (biji selasih) and harmony® halvia the same?

No, they are not.

Though the two seeds are from the same family, they are however, two different seeds with many significant differences in various aspects.

should i presoak harmony® halvia?

Yes, definitely.

It is always a good idea to allow the seeds gel up prior to eating them. Soaking Halvia in your favourite juice, milk, water or any liquid for a couple of minutes before consumption can maximise its nutritional profile.

However, you might need to be extra cautious when it comes soaking them, as there are risks of contamination. Soaking the seeds in a clean and sealed container would be better than exposing them, especially at room temperature. Though Halvia is consumed best when it is freshly soaked, you can always store the sealed container of soaked seeds inside the fridge to retain the freshness. You can store them inside the fridge for up to seven days.

is it possible to consume too much of harmony® halvia?

Though we sincerely think that it is quite impossible for someone to consume too much of Halvia due to the satiety it gives, there will not be any life-threatening or aggressive side effects.

However, do note that if you are taking any medications, it is highly advisable to consult your doctor prior to consuming any of our products regularly.

We ship everywhere, except for the State of Israel.

do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping in Malaysia when you spend MYR 50 or more, regardless of the weight. Any purchase less than MYR 50 or will be subjected to a shipping fee, depending on the weight.

how long will it take for my purhcased goods to arrive?

For shipping addresses registered in West Malaysia, 1-4 working days. For shipping addresses registered in East Malaysia, 2-6 working days.

For international orders, time of arrival depends heavily on the local courier of the respective countries. We would suggest a rough estimated window of 10-15 working days, to be fair.

is it possible to track my goods?

Yes, you most certainly can. Once your package has left us, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. You can easily track your package with the tracking number provided.

Or, if that is too much of a hassle, you can just leave the tracking to us. We watch your packages really closely, call to check on their status and act instantly as soon as we sense some hiccups, to make sure prevent any disappointment.

what if i am not home to receive my purchased goods?

You can always leave us a note to notfiy when is the best time for us to delivery your goods.

If the scheduled delivery failed to reach anyone, the courier will most likely attempt a second delivery on the very next day. However, if you have missed the package on the second attempt, you can always give us a ring to arrange a more convenient time and date for the redelivery. We will reschedule with the courier ourselves to make sure that your goods reach you timely.

what if my purchased goods are received in a bad condition?

Only in rare occasions should you come across flawed goods, as we are pretty stringent with our quality control, as well as on the local courier company selected.

However, if it does happen, it is highly advisable to reject the package on the spot. A replace will be dispatched immediately, once the flawed package is reverted back to us by the courier.

Alternatively, you can always call us or drop an email straight to our Customer Service Officer's inbox to demand an immediate attention.

what if my purchased goods never arrive?

It is very unlikely for that to happen as we watch your packages closely like a hawk. In most cases, we will make sure to call the courier to indentify and resolve any hiccups first, before you get anxious about your missing goods.

However, if your purchased goods never found its way home to you, please do give us a call or drop an email straight to our Customer Service Officer's inbox. Demand for our immediate attention, and let us apologise and make it up to you by getting to the bottom of this problem as soon as possible.

And unlike many other unpleasant experiences, we assure you that you get all the updates that you deserve if events like this should ever happen. We guarantee that.

can i exchange the purchased goods?

Yes, you can. All defective or damaged items are replacable.

However, exchange of purchased goods is allowed only if you return them within 7 days upon receipt. If 7 days have gone by since the day of receipt, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
