Who does not fancy a refreshing drink on a hot and sunny mornings like this? With the sun glaring at you, screaming ‘Look at me! Look at me! I am fabulous!’ , you just wanna hibernate in your air-conditioned room, with black-outs drawn over the windows.
But it is Monday today, and work is demanding and a refreshing pick-me-up is very much needed before I head to war. What better recipe than a super quick and easy one to kick-start that sluggish digestive system of yours and to keep you hydrated and refreshed for the day ahead.
Prone to have mild sore throats on early mornings? This anti-inflammatory juice is perfect for you!
1 cup of water
2 medium peaches, diced
3 tablespoons of Harmony® Halvia chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Some ice cubes
1. In a blender, add diced peaches, Harmony® Halvia chia seeds and maple syrup.
2. Add in water and ice cubes.
3. Blend together until smooth and well incorporated.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
