So good, so good.
Rainy day like this calls for rich, bittersweet, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate to excite our tastebuds and to warm our hearts. Since busy people like us (yep we truly are, heh) generally do not have much time for food prepping, we came up with a really quick, easy and delicious recipe that can keep us satisfy during such dreadful weather.
Good ol’ protein balls, they truly are the perfect snack, apart from chia bars, to keep you happy. A few of this, a bit of that and bam, you have unconsciously created something so addictive and nutritious. To be frank, we sometimes throw in any ingredients (complementary, of course) that were either leftovers or no longer appealing on their own to make something nice out of it just to avoid wastage. But this, this incredible recipe is specially created to fit into our modern society and to help replenish our lacking diet a little. We did consider hard on its nutrition value, hence we added protein powder and our failproof nutrient booster — chia seeds.
So what are you waiting for? Time to try, dig in and indulge!
