Okay, this is no joke. This smoothie is so delicious, seriously!
Before I dive into how genius this recipe is, I have a confession to make: I have always wanted to know what is the ultimate secret to have beautiful skin. Similar to so many others, I do work hard on improving how I look on the outside and how I feel, on the inside. After learning much about foods that we should eat and should not eat, pills that promises collagen production or capsules containing x billion enzymes no longer gain my interests. That said, I am not uninterested in having youthful skin that resembles a baby’s butt cheeks - saying otherwise would be a big, fat lie.
This brings me to wonder: I have been curating healthy, good-for-body recipes, but what do I put to create a recipe that ensures flawless skin? So I present you my latest creation ‘Super Delicious Vegan Beauty Smoothie’, an easy recipe that works best as breakfast. This recipe provides us the essential nutrients that benefits the skin, body and brain in the simplest, most direct and convenient way. Much to my surprise and relief, it actually tastes really, really good. I promise you.
Delicious Vegan Beauty Smoothie
You can decrease the number of Harmony® Spirulina tablets if you like lighter colour for your smoothie.
Harmony® Previa is a naturally sweetened micro-milled chia powder with added soluble fibre. It is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, an anti-inflammatory which helps combat skin redness. Harmony® Previa is also dense in antioxidants. Needless to say, antioxidants are important in boosting skin’s production of collagen naturally.
Harmony® Spirulina is a natural nutrient bomb, packed densely with a variety of daily essential nutrients, including antioxidants, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B9, A, C, E and K.
