TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Kindly apply discount code in the checkout page in order to enjoy the discount. Limited to one use per person. 

2. Discount code is only applicable to one-time purchases at original retail price, with minimum spending of RM250 per order imposed.

3. Participating products include: Zero Cubes (all variants), NATURECARE.LIFE x Durian Hill Special-Edition Trio Set, Ananas, Berrynice, Previa, Zerolait, Plantpro, Frunergy, Greenergy, Spirulina, Oligosaccharide, Halvia, and Halvia Plus.

4. This discount code cannot be used on promotional bundles or on top of other perks (e.g. free shipping for orders RM150 and above, monthly subscription, bulk discount etc).

5. A flat shipping fee of RM10 for West Malaysia and RM30 for East Malaysia will be charged for local courier shipping, regardless of order amount. Express shipping can be arranged upon request, rates to be charged according to Grab or Lalamove. Self-pickup at our warehouse is free. 

6. Kindly checkout separately or make a separate purchase for carts with products under monthly subscription basis.

7. Orders to be shipped will be packed into our standard brown mailing box, whereas self-pickup orders will be packed into our standard brown paper bag by default.

8. All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt. Orders placed before 12pm may be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipping on the next working day.

9. Shipping usually takes about 2-4 working days for WM, 3-5 working days for EM. Subject to changes according to courier service provider. The order’s actual delivery date is not guaranteed.
